Delete your account

PController — app.pcontroller.app

You can delete your PController account yourself, at any time, without contacting us. Deletion is permanent.

From the app or the web

1. Sign in at app.pcontroller.app (or in the mobile app).
2. Under My PCs, tap your email at the top right. The Account page opens.
3. Scroll down to Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm by typing your email and tap Delete account. The account is deleted straight away.

Shortcut: app.pcontroller.app/account goes straight to that page (if you're not signed in, it asks you to and comes back on its own).

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first from the Lemon Squeezy portal to avoid later charges.

Can't get into your account?

Write to soporte@pcontroller.app from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account" and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (email).
• Your linked devices and PCs, and their connection tunnels.
• Your subscription and entitlements.
• Your invitations and public links.
• Connection data (IP address, user agent) is anonymised.
• We request the removal of your contact from our email provider.

What is kept (and why)

Accounting and tax obligations require us to keep the payment transaction records (amount, tax, date, country), detached from your identity, for the period the law demands. They are used for nothing else. Details in the privacy policy.
