About billing and the trial.

How does the 7-day trial work?
You start with no card and try everything in Pro: internet, audio, sessions with no limit. If you add a card in the first 7 days, the trial extends to 21 days in total. If you don't, on day 8 the account is left without a licence and you pick a plan: Local at $10 paid once, or Pro. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Can I turn the PC on while I'm away from home?
Yes, with Premium, and there are conditions worth knowing before you pay. The wake signal (Wake-on-LAN) has to originate inside your network, so you need another PC of yours switched on there to send it. And the PC you want to turn on has to be connected by cable: over WiFi the card disassociates from the router when it sleeps and hears nothing. With Pro you can turn it on from the Android app when you're on the same network. In both cases Windows needs preparing once — we explain it step by step in the guide, and the PC's panel tells you exactly what's missing.
Who processes the payment?
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record. They handle the card, VAT by country and refunds. PController never sees your card details: one fewer intermediary between you and your money.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no lock-in. You cancel from Lemon Squeezy's customer portal in two clicks. Pro or Premium access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pro Yearly is $39 ($3.25/month, 46% less than monthly) and Premium Yearly is $79 ($6.58/month, 34% less). Flip the toggle above to see the maths.
What does the $10 Local plan include?
Controlling your PC from your phone while both are on the same network (your house, your office): 1080p, as many PCs as you like on that network, sessions with no time limit, up to 3 guests per PC (co-pilot or spectator, on your own network) and no watermark. You pay once and it's yours, with no renewal. The internet tunnel and the PC's audio are added with Pro, on top of this same Local.
Do I have to buy Local in order to have Pro?
Yes. Local is PController's licence: $10 once and it's yours. Pro and Premium are monthly extras that activate on top, not alternatives to Local. If you control your PC from your own house, Local is more than enough; you add Pro when you want to connect from outside or hear the PC's audio. The one exception is Lifetime, which is bought on its own because it already carries the whole of Premium. If in doubt, try Pro for 7 days with no card.
Can I pay once, with no subscription?
Yes, and there are two. Local costs $10 once and lets you control your PC over your local network permanently. Lifetime costs $199 once and gives you the whole of Premium —internet, audio, 4K, multi-monitor and 10 PCs— permanently: that's 20 months of the monthly plan, and you don't need to buy Local separately. There are 500 units during launch.
